Thought of the day  just for y'all

Barcelona - AC Milan

The useless information Stolen from Various websites as usual
Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola knows his team have to take full advantage of having this secong leg in the Camp Nou tonight. With the best player in the planet Lionel Messi having a rare off night last time out Barcelona failed to score for only the fourth time this term but still held opponents Ac Milan scoreless as well in what was a ding dong battle at the san siro. Cesc Fabregas will come back into the side tonight alongside Xavi and Iniesta and Sanchez will again be up top with Messi. Barcelona have some much attacking flair at their disposal but they do know that a slip up at the back could cost them tonight. It will be imperative for Barcelona to get at least a two goal cushion tonight as with a one nil lead they would be at risk of losing on away goals should Milan equalise.
AC Milan come into this game on the back of another draw at Catania, the Milan team put in a superb defensive display when holding Barcelona in the San Siro. It was a high pressure tactic employed by Milan and they did their jobs exceptionally well.Forcing Barcelona into mistakes and forcing Barca to play passes under pressure at all times. With Ibrahimovich and Robinho up front there is plenty of attacking talent in this side. Kevin Prince Boateng will provide lots of running and initiative up front and the tireless legs of Clarence Seedorf will also provide alot of energy and workrate even if the latter is in his mid thirties.
This game is a tough one to pick but I think Barcelona knowing they have to keep a cushion between themselve and Milan will go out and try to get an early goal and a couple at that if they do we could see this game open up into a shoot out as both teams go for it. We didnt get the shoot out I thought would happen in the first leg, but I think we may very well see it here. On that note I also think Barca will win this by a couple of goals. Take over 2.5 goals
Synopsis: Barcelona is just too much for AC but can they win by 2+ goals, in my opinion yes at home.
Prediction: Barcelona 3 AC Milan 1
Am I going to pick : Yes

NBA (Knicks @ Pacers): Which player will SCORE MORE POINTS in the 1st Half?
Carmelo Anthony (NY) vs Danny Granger (IND) or Tie

This is a tough one, the Knicks are banged up and Indiana has a 16-7 home record. I think Indiana is going to key off Anthony and hold down his scoring (he has 20.6 PPG avg.) but behind him comes Chandler 11.1 Shumpert 9.8 Fields 8.9 and Davis 5.6. during this season Anthony has only averaged 14 PPG against the Pacers http://espn.go.com/nba/team/stats/_/name/ny/split/11/new-york-knicks where Granger has a worse 10.0 against the Knicks  http://espn.go.com/nba/team/stats/_/name/ind/split/18/indiana-pacers. but in those same statistics Lin avaraged 16.0 and Stoudemire 12, and they are out, allowing Anthony to create some more offense.

Synopsis : Anthony is too Much, and although Lin and Stoudemire are out the Knicks have stepped up on Defense
Prediction : Anthony FTG

Am I going to pick: No I like Pittsburgh over Boston More

NHL: Who will WIN this matchup?
Penguins-Bruins

The Stolen Information to confuse Everyone

With the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference all sewn up, the Boston Bruins will try to build as much momentum as possible over the season’s final few games. The Bruins, 7-1-1 in their past nine, will look to avoid dropping a fifth straight at home against Pittsburgh when the Penguins visit Tuesday. Pittsburgh has sputtered down the stretch, dropping four of six, and is trying to hold off Philadelphia for fourth in the East and home ice in the first round.
Pittsburgh Penguins (48-25-6): While their recent struggles have dashed any hopes of competing for the East’s top seed, Pittsburgh still has a lot to play for. The Penguins, who lost 6-4 to Philadelphia on Sunday, are one point ahead of the Flyers in the race for home ice in an anticipated first-round playoff series between the teams. Netminder Marc-Andre Fleury has excelled when facing the Bruins, posting a 6-2-0 record and 1.75 goals against average in his past eight starts.

Boston Bruins (47-28-4): Now that Boston secured a fifth consecutive playoff appearance under Claude Julien, the veteran coach said he is happy how his team is coming together. "If you look at the way we played for two months prior to these last couple of weeks, it's a big improvement,” he said. “And I think our guys are really doing a good job gearing up for the playoffs." Tim Thomas is only 2-3-2 with a 3.22 GAA in his last seven starts against Pittsburgh

Synopsis : With the embarrassing showing against the Flyers this past week, I believe Pittsburgh is going to come out flying especially Crosby and Boston is going to feel the pain
Prediction : Pittsburgh FTG
Am I going to pick: Oh yah
